Attention: Employers!
We have qualified candidates who are ready and eager
to fill your job openings.
Will you join us in breaking the cycle of homelessness in near-west Cook County?
Candidates for our Career Passport program are selected by case managers from among our guests -- based on their readiness to commit to program goals. Participants in the program then complete an intensive Behavioral and Job Skills Assessment, before proceeding to four intensive weeks of Job Readiness classes and Work-Related therapy.
Ongoing Case Management and Supportive Services are provided all along the way, including life skills classes; access to mental health, medical care and substance abuse treatment; legal and medical services; and transportation.
Job Club
Upon successful completion of the first two phases of Career Passport, graduates join our Job Club - transitional Job Placement and On-the-Job Training, as well as ongoing Job Retention services to help them sustain their employment and connection with PADS.
Let us introduce you to our talent pool. Give us a call.
